Farewell

So one of my best friends is leaving on his mission in the Philippines (early) tomorrow morning and becomes a missionary tonight! Here are some pictures from his farewell open house:

It's hard to think he'll be away with minimal communication for so long, but it's an amazing opportunity and experience. I'm very excited for him!

It was a quick stop before heading up to Scotland, but it's one of my favorite cities, one I'd love to live in someday, and it was good to be back. There were marks of the Jubilee and Olympics everywhere, which was amazing to see. A historic summer for the city.

Back to School

Battle of the Boulevard, the game I've been looking forward to for ages, was a full house. Took about 35 minutes to find seats. We ended up loosing, but it was a pretty exciting game.
